web|works content, part 2

OK, I lied. Turns out the upstream here on the hotel wireless is actually very good, so here we are, well before evening:

Quicktime movie usage: Download the file to disk, please, don't try to run it in your web browser—not only so you don't have to download it again later and cost me an arm and a leg in bandwidth, but also because it doesn't seem to always behave right in browser plugins for some reason. Then you can use the arrow keys or click the movie area to advance each slide.

And yeah, it's weird that the PDF is fatter (not phatter) than even the large Quicktime movie. I'm not sure why, and I'm not sure why the text in the illustration with user expectation thought bubbles is screwy, but otherwise it looks really nice.

Please do not redistribute this above an individual scale... If you want to email it to your buddy, that's fine, but if you'd like to put it on your web site for some crazy reason, please ask me first. Feel free to link, of course, but don't embed it into your web site. Common courtesy & so on. :)

Enjoy! Let me know if you like it. And please feel free to post feedback or comments or questions here. :)
